Last Friday, we had our September Tiger Pride Rally. Our monthly rallies are an all-school gathering to celebrate events, recognize accomplishments, and build-up our school community. This month's theme was centered around Hispanic Heritage Month. We danced the macarena, played a Spanish word game, and sang "Happy Birthday" in Spanish to all of our September Tigers. We also recognized our September Students of the Month for demonstrating the character trait of responsibility. Staff is also honored during these special events. Officer Shane received the Staff Spotlight trophy, Mrs. Alexander was selected as Teacher of the Month, and Mrs. Sampa was Para of the Month. Students and staff always look forward to these monthly gatherings as a time to come together as a school family and laugh, dance, sing, share, and celebrate! We can't wait for the October rally!
